Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with CosmicStays' brand and voiceMonitor social media channels for customer comments and questions, and respond in a timely and professional mannerEngage with our audience by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated contentAnalyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and contentStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into CosmicStays' social media strategyAssist with other marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications
