Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Intern based in Gurugram. The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, assisting in digital marketing campaigns, and engaging with online audiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media strategies, creating content across various platforms, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other team members to enhance brand presence and online engagement.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and performance metrics is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Requirements:

● Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

● Familiarity with reels, trending formats, and platform algorithms.

● Good communication and storytelling skills.

● Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.) preferred.

● Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work under deadlines
