Social Media Marketing Intern

1. Content & Copywriting

* Create Post Copy, Ad Copy & Engagement Copy tailored for each platform (FB, IG, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube).

* Use platform-specific formats (short captions for WhatsApp, SEO-friendly descriptions for YouTube, engaging posts for Meta).

2. Content Publishing & Consistency:

* Facebook/Instagram: 7 posts per week (mix of informational, engaging & community-driven).

* YouTube Community Tab: 7 posts (polls, teasers, do you know, FYI).

* WhatsApp/Telegram: Daily updates (short-form content, event reminders, quick engagement triggers).

*Design banners for festivals, specific products, or brand updates — provided the themes and requirements are defined by the team.

3. Community Engagement & ORM

* Proactively respond to comments, queries & DMs.

* Keep discussions positive, transparent & brand-aligned.

* Run interactive formats: Polls, Contests, Q&A, sessions to increase participation.

* Track sentiment & trending community concerns for escalation.

4. Engagement Reports & Feedback Loop

* Key community questions/concerns.

* Top engagement posts.

* Member growth & activity levels.

* Bi-weekly reviews

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
