Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment and exposure to real-time brand-building activities.

Female candidates are preferred. Candidates who have completed a prior internship in social media or digital marketing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form content
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and basic analytics
• Research trends, competitors, and best practices
• Coordinate with the design and content teams
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work from the office in a team environment
• Prior internship experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics
• Strong time management and willingness to learn
