Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media channels
• Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses
• Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals
• Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
• Support public relations initiatives by engaging with online communities and influencers
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing

Skills

• Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Basic understanding of public relations principles and practices
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
