About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who enjoys keeping up with digital trends and understands how content performs across platforms. The role involves contributing to real client projects, participating in brainstorming sessions, and supporting the daily operations of a digital agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend Research:

  Identify trending audio, formats, and topics relevant to our brands.

• Content Creation:

  Assist in developing Reels, Stories, and static creatives using tools like Canva, VN, or CapCut.

• Content Calendar Support:

  Help plan monthly social media calendars with ideas and visual suggestions.

• Scheduling & Posting:

  Manage timely publishing across platforms.

• Community Management:

  Respond to comments and messages in an engaging and brand-appropriate tone.

• Basic Shoots:

  Support simple on-ground video shoots using a smartphone when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media behaviour.
• Familiarity with basic design and video-editing tools (Canva, InShot, CapCut, VN).
• Creative thinking and originality.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Candidates residing in or near Navi Mumbai/Panvel are preferred.
