Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing impactful social media campaigns across multiple social media platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to build a strong brand presence, grow communities, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute social media strategies that align with brand and business goals. Create engaging, high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce visually appealing and impactful creatives. Plan a Social Media Content Calendar. Manage and monitor daily posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interactions. Analyze campaigns performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats. Should be capable of running and optimizing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand partners for campaign development. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar Digital Marketing Executive role (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Ability to craft creatives and data-driven content strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of paid advertising tools like Meta Business Suite, Meta ads manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Basic design skills using tools like Canva is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Should be capable of focusing on detail, creativity, and brand storytelling.
