Job Description

Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in social media management, content writing, or client outreach is preferred (freshers with strong skills are also welcome). Basic understanding of social media growth strategies (organic + paid). Ability to research, write, and adapt tone/style as per brand needs. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities Client Outreach & Cold Emailing Research and identify potential clients across relevant niches. Draft and send personalized cold emails/messages for business development. Maintain client outreach database and track responses. Content Writing & Social Media Copywriting Write engaging content for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and outreach. Develop compelling captions and copies tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels. Social Media Growth Analysis & Strategy Track and analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance. Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement. Suggest and implement strategies to grow brand presence on multiple platforms. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with the creative team for designing and posting content. Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, reels, and community engagement. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and growth hacks.
