Key Responsibilities:Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video lessons, tutorials, explainer videos, promotional content, and interviews. Add text overlays, transitions, motion graphics, animations, music, and sound effects to enhance video quality. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators to ensure videos align with educational objectives and brand tone. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Optimize video formats for various platforms (YouTube, LMS, social media, etc.). Maintain an organized video library and ensure proper archiving of projects. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and e-learning content. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Strong storytelling and visual design skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work experience.

Develop compelling captions and copies tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels. Social Media Growth Analysis & Strategy Track and analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance. Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement. Suggest and implement strategies to grow brand presence on multiple platforms. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with the creative team for designing and posting content. Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns, reels, and community engagement. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and growth hacks.
