Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram & Social Media Management: Profile optimisation, making reels, posts, festive posts, content scripting, content shoot, analytics & reporting, Advertisment complaigns, posting, content visits.
• Optimize and maintain the company’s Instagram and other social profiles
• Create and execute content calendars: posts, reels, festive stories, client success highlights
• Script content aligned with B2B and manufacturing communication tone
• Coordinate content shoots — products, factory visits, or service-based storytelling

📊 Strategy & Analytics

• Track content performance: engagement, growth, conversions
• Share weekly/monthly analytics reports with recommendations
• Plan and manage ad campaigns for B2B outreach and lead generation

🗂 Content Development & Execution

• Ensure regular posting with quality visuals, captions, and strategic tags
• Work with internal teams and freelancers to develop creatives
• Visit factory or client sites for content coverage when needed

💬 Brand Communication

• Maintain a consistent, professional, and impactful brand voice
• Coordinate with management and marketing team for ongoing campaigns
• Stay updated with platform trends, hashtags, and tools relevant to industrial sectors

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram tools, trends, and content formats
• Capable in tools like

  Canva, InShot, CapCut

  (or equivalents)
• B2B marketing exposure or manufacturing industry understanding is a plus
• Surat-based preferred for occasional in-person content visits
