Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience. Identify key social media platforms for brand promotion (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and develop tailored strategies for each. Set clear, measurable goals (KPIs) for social media campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions. Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, blogs, etc.) for social media channels to promote brand messages. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and visually appealing content. Curate relevant content from industry sources and repost/share on platforms to keep the audience engaged. Community Management & Engagement: Actively manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers and influencers to foster a loyal online community. Monitor social media trends and leverage new platforms/features to enhance engagement. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to reach targeted audiences and achieve business objectives. Work with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and promotions. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and tools to ensure the company’s strategy is cutting-edge and effective. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and content. Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies as needed for social media collaborations and campaigns. Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and feedback on social media platforms, proactively addressing any concerns or negative comments. Develop and implement strategies to improve brand reputation and advocate for the brand on social media platforms.
