We are excited to launch NEXTHUNT, a next-generation platform built to bridge the gap between recruiters and job seekers. To scale our vision, we are looking for a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in growth, branding, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze marketing reports and take actionable steps
• Execute Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns with regular follow-ups
• Manage LinkedIn marketing, data research & outreach
• Create & manage content for community engagement and articles
• Handle customer support & market interactions
• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports
• Contribute to product management & testing
• Drive growth strategies & brand visibility

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing / community management
• Strong communication & creative writing skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Email marketing tools, WhatsApp campaigns
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
