Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to platform behavior and audience goals
• Plan and run campaigns aligned with business objectives and monthly targets

Content Creation & Branding

• Create and curate high-quality posts, stories, reels, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Occasionally feature in brand videos (reels, interviews, voiceovers) to enhance authenticity
• Maintain consistent visual and messaging style for JobsKart’s brand

Engagement & Community Management

• Monitor and respond to audience interactions across platforms
• Manage DMs and foster an engaged online community

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track campaign metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics
• Use insights to refine strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions

Collaboration & Support

• Work with design, sales, and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts
• Support ad campaigns with creatives, captions, and A/B testing

Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated on trends, formats, and algorithm changes
• Suggest and test viral content formats

Must-Have Skills & Eligibility

• 0–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (freshers with portfolios welcome)
• Strong storytelling skills and understanding of design, audience, and timing
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Comfortable with multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to feature in short-form brand content is an advantage
• Background in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred
• Experience in employer branding, B2B marketing, or recruitment-tech is a plus
