Key Responsibilities Plan daily and monthly production schedules to meet targets. Supervise all production departments: cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing. Coordinate with Merchandising and Quality teams for timely order execution. Monitor manpower performance and ensure efficiency in each line. Implement production tracking and reporting systems (daily output, rejection, delay reports). Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety in the factory. Control fabric wastage and manage machine utilization. Handle machine breakdowns, maintenance coordination, and resource allocation. Conduct production meetings and update management on progress. 3. Required Skills Strong knowledge of garment production process (especially ladies wear). Practical experience in line balancing, output improvement, and quality control. Good leadership and team management skills (able to handle 100–200 workers). Excellent coordination and communication abilities. Knowledge of production reports, Excel, and basic ERP or MIS systems. Ability to manage multiple orders and tight deadlines. Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
