Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our brand’s presence across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social campaigns, and analyzing performance to help grow our online community and achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging and shareable content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
• Manage daily posting schedule and community interactions (likes, comments, DMs)
• Monitor, track, and report on performance using analytics tools
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align strategies
• Respond to social media trends and leverage them for brand engagement
• Assist in influencer and brand collaboration outreach and communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and trends
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with influencer marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
