Position Overview:

street-smart, self-driven Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

I. Page Building & Branding

• Build social media handles for new verticals right from the ground level.
• Establish brand tone, visual style, and initial content identity.

II. Content Creation & Design

• Create reels, shorts, carousels, and posts for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Design static creatives using Canva or other tools that are clean, catchy, and on-brand.

III. Trend Spotting & Execution

• Stay updated with the latest reels, formats, audio, and platform updates.
• Turn trending ideas into brand-relevant content in real time.

IV. Copywriting & Research

• Write powerful captions, one-liners, and short scripts that resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct competitor research and content analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

V. Publishing & Analysis

• Manage content calendar and posting schedule across platforms.
• Track engagement, reach, and performance of each content piece; optimize accordingly.

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to build and grow a social media page or brand (even a personal project works).
• Expertise in Canva and basic editing tools.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent command over short-form copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Awareness of what goes viral; and the instinct to act fast.
• Strong research skills and a hustler mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in ed-tech or student-facing brands.
• Video editing skills (basic reel/short edits).
• Familiarity with tools like Creator Studio, Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.
