Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Panchkula. The Social Media Manager will manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, implementing social media strategies, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance. The role involves creating engaging posts, initiating strategic campaigns, and enhancing brand presence on different platforms while ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media goals with overall business objectives and stay informed on the latest industry trends for innovative tactics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create engaging and impactful content
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to evaluate campaign performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage projects independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry and familiarity with paid advertising strategies is a plus
