Key Responsibilities:

Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, etc.

Analyze client requirements and craft custom, compelling proposals.

Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to finalize project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Maintain detailed records of leads, bidding activities, and conversions.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for business development.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, website design & development.

Hands-on experience (or strong understanding) of freelance portals.

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client handling skills.

Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and a quick learner.
