Role Description

We are hiring a full-time on-site Business Development Executive for our Panchkula office. In this role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, generating, and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities will include conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, preparing proposals, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Collaboration with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies aimed at business growth will also be a key aspect of the role.

Knowledge of Upwork , PPH and Freelancer.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation to actively identify and nurture opportunities.
• Proven expertise in Business management and Account Management to maintain relationships with existing clients and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
