Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and engaging with our online community to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Monitor and analyze social media performance Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns and promotions Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly performance reports Build and manage a content calendar Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills Experience with social media management tools Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Graphic design skills are a plus Show more Show less
