Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in South Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media profiles.

Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement metrics, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams. The role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and audience preferences to ensure effective social media presence and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (Instagram must be your playground)
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to create and manage engaging social media content
• Strong aesthetic and design sensibility — comfortable with Canva, Reels editing, and trend spotting
• Knowledge of current industry trends and social media best practices
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
• Experience using social media management tools is a plus
• Ability to manage content calendars and work independently with strong time management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Manage:

  Build and execute the content calendar across both brands (Women Listed & Sipping Thoughts)

• Create & Publish:

  Design posts, write captions, produce reels, carousels, and stories aligned with brand voice

• Engage & Grow:

  Foster a thriving online community by responding to DMs, comments, and starting authentic conversations

• Collaborate & Feature:

  Work with women entrepreneurs and storytellers to spotlight their work and voices

• Track & Improve:

  Monitor analytics, understand what works, and adapt strategy to grow reach and engagement

• Support Campaigns & Events:

  Align content with ongoing campaigns, online sessions, events, and partnerships
