Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly skilled Social Media Manager with strong SEO knowledge to manage our digital presence, grow our online audience, and improve search visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies while aligning them with SEO best practices to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Plan and manage content calendars, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned, and platform-specific content in collaboration with designers and content teams.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices in content planning, social posts, blogs, and website updates.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation for both social and web pages.
  • Optimize social profiles and posts for search visibility and improved ranking.
  • Work with the website/SEO team to align social content with ongoing SEO strategies.
  • Track SEO performance, traffic growth, and keyword ranking.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Run paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
  • Identify trends, viral opportunities, and industry conversations for engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and communities to expand reach.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions through data-led strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or SEO roles.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and digital content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and drive strategy improvements.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to stay updated on trends and platform changes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media ads, Google Ads, or performance marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience creating short-form video content.
  • Understanding of branding and user behavior.
