Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can lead our brand’s online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and lifestyle, understands the pulse of digital trends, has experience in influencer collaborations, content styling, campaign shoots, and event execution, and knows how to translate brand vision into high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Own and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product drops, and trends.
• Monitor engagement, optimize performance, and report analytics.
• Influencer & Creator Marketing
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
• Negotiate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure quality content delivery.
• Track ROI and campaign success metrics.
• Content Creation & Styling
• Work closely with photographers and videographers to style products for social media shoots.
• Plan and execute editorial shoots, reels, and lifestyle campaigns.
• Ensure the brand’s visual and tonal consistency across all content.
• Campaign & Event Execution
• Conceptualize and manage social-led campaigns from ideation to rollout.
• Organize and oversee brand events, pop-ups, influencer meet-ups, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and brand visibility during events.
• Community & Trend Management
• Engage actively with the community through comments, DMs, and stories.
• Stay updated on social trends, audio trends, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management (fashion/lifestyle/beauty preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and trends.
• Demonstrated success in influencer marketing and styling shoots.
• Industry: Fashion / Lifestyle / Eyewear / D2C
• Eye for design, visual aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Experience planning or assisting in brand events.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Premiere Pro/CapCut.
