Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Marketing

• Manage and grow brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.
• Create platform-specific content calendars (reels, posts, stories, trends).
• Analyze performance metrics to improve engagement, CTR, and conversions.
• Launch and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Engage with the community to maintain a consistent and positive brand voice.

2. Influencer & Multimedia Marketing

• Plan and produce podcasts and video content around trends, stories, and brand values.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and affiliates to co-create authentic campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts, newsletters) into short, shareable formats.
• Oversee creative production with designers and editors.

3. Press & Partnerships

• Draft and distribute press releases for launches and collaborations.
• Build relationships with media outlets and track coverage.
• Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring ROI and brand alignment.

4. Cross-Marketing & Analytics

• Support in-house campaigns through banners, landing pages, and email promotions.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and other tools.
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (B2C preferred).
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content trends.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe, or Figma).
• Familiarity with analytics, SEO, email marketing, and CMS tools.
• Experience in podcast or video production is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
