Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Lucknow. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. They will manage content creation, engage with our audience, and optimize our social media channels for better reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms
• Managing daily posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Coordinating with the internal team for content planning and approvals
• Occasionally communicating with clients to understand content requirements or feedback
• Staying up to date with social media trends and implementing them into content

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of Canva or any graphic design tool
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
