We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow by generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. Role & Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: - Generate leads through various online channels such as cold calling, SMS, WhatsApp, email marketing, and social media. - Identify potential clients and create targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects. - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Sales & Business Growth: - Present and promote our digital marketing services to new and potential clients. - Conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and provide service presentations to clients. - Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and contracts based on client needs. - Follow-up & Conversion: - Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads and inquiries, keeping the communication consistent and professional. - Organize and conduct demos, training sessions, and Q&A to showcase the value of our services to potential clients. - Market Research & Strategy: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. - Work closely with the marketing team to refine strategies for business growth and expansion. Key Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus.- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
