About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketeer to lead our brand's digital presence across platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, covering both brand awareness and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a flair for creative storytelling, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day content planning, creation, and posting across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Lead and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies for campaign development and asset creation.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to inform content and campaign strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, conversions).
• Oversee influencer and brand collaborations to drive visibility and engagement.
• Maintain brand tone and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience managing brand social media and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills with a creative edge.
• Proficiency in Canva, basic design tools, or working with design teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of skincare, personal care, or lifestyle categories is a plus.
