Key Responsibilities
Develop and share compelling content across all social media platforms, including written posts, videos, and images that align with the brand voice and objectives.
Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts. Monitor activity, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
Track key performance metrics, analyze engagement and campaign success, and generate reports. Use insights to refine strategies and forecast future trends.
Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and increase brand visibility.
Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals.
Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and industry news to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
