Job Description

Responsibilities: Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean and tidy. Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after use. Dust, sweep, vacuum, and handle waste disposal. Serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to employees and guests. Monitor pantry supplies and restock when needed. Keep the pantry area clean and organized. Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients. Deliver documents within the office and externally. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Ensure office supplies (stationery, printing paper, etc.) are stocked. Assist in setting up office equipment like projectors, printers, etc. Run errands (banking, purchasing supplies, paying bills). Assist staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual. Qualifications and Skills: Basic reading and writing skills. Punctual and reliable. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and carrying supplies. Professional and courteous demeanor. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
