Position Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our clients within the software industry. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, monitor online conversations, analyse metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' business objectives, target audience, and industry trends. 2. Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets. 3. Platform Management: Manage and optimize clients' social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. 4. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a sense of community around clients' brands. 5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. 6. Monitoring and Analytics: Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and feedback. Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. 7. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices within the software industry and adjust strategies accordingly. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives and messaging. 9. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into client strategies. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably within the software industry. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. 5. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content. 6. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. 7. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
