Role Overview

Our social media presence is often the first touchpoint for future residents, customers, team members and clients.

We're looking for someone who can bring our brand to life online - through consistent posting, thoughtful engagement, and authentic storytelling that reflects Sanctuary's design-forward, environmentally conscious ethos.

What You'll Own

• Content Management: Post daily across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) using our brand calendar and tone guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Like, comment, and thoughtfully reply to followers, collaborators, and relevant creators to build genuine connections.
• Reputation Building: Monitor DMs and comments, flag key inquiries, and maintain a professional and warm voice across channels.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the posting schedule and collaborate with our design and video teams to ensure timely uploads.
• Trend Spotting: Identify relevant trends, hashtags, or cultural moments that align with Sanctuary's aesthetic and values.
• Performance Tracking: Track engagement metrics weekly and share insights or ideas to improve content resonance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, English, or a related field (We're open to other backgrounds if you can show a strong creative portfolio or social media work samples)
• Experience in managing or assisting with brand social media accounts.
• Have excellent written English and a natural sense of tone, timing, and community engagement.
• Love clean, modern aesthetics and are comfortable with tools (like Canva, Capcut, Buffer, Later etc).
• Are proactive, observant, and can think like a brand ambassador - making comments that feel real, not robotic.
• Are comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with an international team.
• Nice to Have: Basic experience in video editing or Reels creation, Understanding of architecture/design/sustainability spaces, prior experience in startups or lifestyle brands.
