About the Role

We are seeking two dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Managers to build a powerful digital presence for our diverse brands, including Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, TrustXplore, HotelXplore, and our immersive-tech products. This is a high-impact role for a creative professional who is data-driven and has a finger on the pulse of evolving social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Strategy: Plan, manage, and grow social media channels across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Content & Storytelling: Build comprehensive content calendars, campaign plans, and weekly/monthly storytelling themes to maintain brand narrative.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and video production teams to ensure the publication of high-quality, high-engagement content.
• KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, retention, CTR, and lead generation.
• Optimization: Use insights from performance dashboards (Meta Suite, YouTube Studio) to optimize content strategy and capitalize on emerging trends.
• Community & Influencers: Manage influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and User-Generated Content (UGC) programs.
• Brand Integrity: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all posts, reels, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Algorithm Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, specifically for Reels and Shorts.
• Creative Execution: Proven ability in trend spotting, content ideation, and executing viral-worthy campaigns.
• Data Analytics: Basic to intermediate knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on content planning and storytelling.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience handling social media for Real Estate, Travel, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
