We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMax).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, continuously optimising ad performance, and delivering measurable Return on Investment (ROI) and target metrics. This role requires a strong analytical ability, creative ad strategy development, and a passion for performance marketing.
