Social Media Manager

to lead our social media strategies and email marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Manage WhatsApp marketing strategies for customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with our audience and improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and style.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with business objectives.
  • Handle and guide a dynamic team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and fintech to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create campaigns that reflect company initiatives and offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing,Youtube Channle and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Expertise in social media optimization and content strategies for various platforms.
  • Proven experience in team handling and managing a team of digital marketers or content creators.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign success and suggest improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of tools and platforms for social media scheduling, email marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
