Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Handler to manage our company’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and ensuring consistent communication with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, blogs, etc.) tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community management (replying to comments, DMs, and queries).
• Run paid campaigns and ads to boost brand reach and conversions.
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and measure the success of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with new tools, platforms, and algorithm changes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Handler/Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative thinking with excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve strategies.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).

• Growth in followers and engagement rates.
• Increase in website traffic from social media.
• Lead generation and conversions through campaigns.
• Timely response and community interaction.
• Consistency in brand voice and messaging

Salary: [hike on current salary]

Weekly Off : 2nd & 4th Saturday & All Sunday.

Office Timings: 10.00AM & 06.00PM
