Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement, reach, and brand awareness across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create a content calendar in alignment with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and trending topics
• Manage end-to-end content execution: brainstorming, posting, captions, hashtags, and audience interaction
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize virality and student engagement
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights for continuous growth
• Collaborate with the creative, video editing, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling social media pages (personal brand, startup, or agency)
• Strong understanding of student/Gen Z audiences and trending content formats (Reels, Shorts, Memes, Threads, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to read analytics and adapt strategies
