This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and ensures smooth functioning across departments. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate tasks across tech, content, and marketing teams Ensure timelines are met and deliverables are executed efficiently Monitor workflows, identify gaps, and implement solutions Track progress and generate weekly reports for the leadership team Handle backend tasks, team communication, and day-to-day operations Assist in implementing new tools and systems for better productivity Requirements: Strong operational and organizational skills Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, etc. Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative Experience in managing teams or cross-functional coordination is a plus Bonus Points: Familiarity with basic tech workflows or project management tools Experience in a startup environment Show more Show less
