Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Lead Generation:

    Design and execute multi-platform strategies with the primary objective of generating a high volume of qualified parent leads. Develop and optimize conversion pathways from social channels to our website or enrollment team.
  • Conversion-Focused Content:

    Create and manage a content calendar geared towards action. Produce compelling content (graphics, short-form videos, testimonials, case studies) that directly addresses parent pain points and includes strong calls-to-action.
  • Strategic Community Engagement:

    Actively participate in online parent communities (Facebook Groups, Reddit, etc.) with the specific goal of identifying potential leads, building trust, and skillfully guiding interested parents into our sales funnel.
  • Funnel Analysis & Reporting:

    Meticulously track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. Analyze the social media funnel to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate friction points.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:

    Continuously test different types of content, messaging, and calls-to-action to optimize for higher conversion rates.


Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Proven Lead Generation Expert:

    You have 3+ years of social media marketing experience with a proven track record of generating a consistent flow of leads and driving conversions through organic channels.

    Experience in the EdTech industry is highly preferred.

  • Performance-Driven Mindset:

    You are motivated by metrics, goals, and tangible results. You are constantly asking, "How can we convert more?" and can demonstrate how your past work has impacted business growth.
  • Sales Funnel Acumen:

    You have a strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels and know how to move an audience from awareness to consideration to decision.
  • Conversion Copywriter:

    You possess excellent written English and can write compelling, persuasive copy that encourages action without sounding "salesy."
  • Multi-Platform Proficiency:

    You are adept at leveraging various social platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest) specifically for lead generation.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented:

    You are comfortable digging into data to understand what’s working and what isn’t, and you can present your findings clearly.
  • Time Zone Flexibility:

    You are able to work hours that provide significant overlap with US and Canadian time zones (EST/PST) to maximize engagement and lead capture opportunities.
