You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new formats (reels, carousels, short videos, memes, and storytelling posts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies for MyDigital and client brands.
• Manage and grow presence on

  social media channel(s)

• Plan and oversee

  content calendars

  , ensuring timely posting and consistency.
• Collaborate with the design and writing teams to create engaging visuals and captions.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on performance, reach, and engagement.
• Stay updated with social trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
• Ideate campaign concepts for launches, recruitment drives, and PR activities.
• Engage with the audience — respond to DMs, comments, and community messages.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with

  tools like Sheets, Buffer, or Later

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of

  Canva / short video editing tools

  is a plus.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into viral content.
