Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media platforms, create a comprehensive content calendar, and drive online growth through paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and expertise in running successful ad campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Management:

   - Manage daily operations of our social media platforms, including posting, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance.

   - Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.


2. Content Creation & Strategy:

   - Develop a comprehensive content deck with engaging and relevant posts, videos, and graphics.

   - Plan and execute a detailed content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and promotional activities.

   - Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality creatives.


3. Google & Meta Ads Campaigns:

   - Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

   - Analyze campaign performance, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

   - Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure ads reach the right people.


4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

   - Track the performance of social media posts, content campaigns, and ads using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

   - Provide weekly/monthly reports on social media growth, ad performance, and ROI, and propose improvements based on data insights.


5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

   - Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media changes, and new advertising features to keep our strategies competitive.

   - Experiment with new social media tools, content formats, and ad techniques to enhance engagement and reach.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content calendars.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of running successful ad campaigns.

- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media insights.

- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
