Role Overview:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and impactful social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories aligned with the brand tone and visual identity.
• Monitor analytics and campaign performance, and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and leadership teams to highlight startup success stories, accelerator programs, and key events.
• Respond to audience queries and engage with followers to build a vibrant community.
• Stay updated on startup ecosystem trends and digital marketing innovations to maintain relevance and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content planning, testimonials, and brand storytelling.
• Manage influencer and partnership outreach campaigns where needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a startup or creative ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
• Passion for the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial culture.
