Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies across platforms to enhance engagement and brand presence. Key tasks include creating and curating compelling content, developing social media campaigns, monitoring analytics to optimize performance, engaging with the online community, and ensuring adherence to the brand voice and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms.
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with audiences and represent the brand's voice.
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and developing engaging, targeted content to drive engagement.
• Strong Writing abilities, ensuring the creation of accurate, creative, and captivating content.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating social media performance metrics and implementing optimizations.
• Ability to work onsite in a collaborative and creative environment in Nagpur.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with design teams and familiarity with graphic design tools will be advantageous.
