Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design plans, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors, producing detailed construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) that align with project goals. The role includes collaborating with clients and other professionals such as architects, overseeing the implementation of designs, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing spaces tailored to client needs
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings for designing and detailing interior and architectural projects
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection to ensure cohesive and customized design elements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills to effectively oversee the end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools) is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in the interior design or furniture manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
