Content Creation, Social Media Scheduling, Social Media Marketing, Analytics Reporting, Canva, Brand Voice, Community Management, Analytics,We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to handle our brands presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to grow engagement and build community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Respond to followers, engage with the audience, and build brand loyalty.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage paid social advertising campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content management tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience in running social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
