Key Requirements: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering Strong understanding of materials, design aesthetics, and construction techniques for luxury interiors and exteriors. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Knowledge of modern finishing materials, techniques, and trends. Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and any estimation software. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities : Quantity Surveyor (1 Position) Accurately measure and calculate material and labor quantities from drawings and site measurements. Perform detailed material take-offs to ensure precise quantification. Develop cost estimates and budgets, considering materials, labor, equipment, and contingencies. Conduct rate analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and monitor project costs. Prepare and process interim and final payment certificates. Review and verify contractor bills for accuracy and compliance. Conduct site visits to verify progress and resolve discrepancies. Create and maintain detailed BOQs aligned with project specifications. Maintain meticulous cost records and project documentation. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Diploma with relevant experience Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and budgeting for civil construction projects.
