About the Roles: We’re Hiring: Site Engineers (2) & Quantity Surveyor (1) Location Preference: Candidates based in Goa We are looking for two skilled Site Engineers and one meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and take charge of the interior and exterior finishing works across our residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities : Site Engineers (2 Positions) Supervise and manage all finishing activities, including flooring, painting, false ceilings, wall cladding, woodwork, sanitary fittings, and other architectural finishes. Ensure high-quality workmanship that aligns with our luxury standards and design specifications. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and timely execution. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to approved designs, materials, and project timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to finishing works. Maintain project documentation, including work progress reports and quality checklists. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards . Key Requirements: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering Strong understanding of materials, design aesthetics, and construction techniques for luxury interiors and exteriors. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Knowledge of modern finishing materials, techniques, and trends. Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and any estimation software. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities : Quantity Surveyor (1 Position) Accurately measure and calculate material and labor quantities from drawings and site measurements. Perform detailed material take-offs to ensure precise quantification. Develop cost estimates and budgets, considering materials, labor, equipment, and contingencies. Conduct rate analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and monitor project costs. Prepare and process interim and final payment certificates. Review and verify contractor bills for accuracy and compliance. Conduct site visits to verify progress and resolve discrepancies. Create and maintain detailed BOQs aligned with project specifications. Maintain meticulous cost records and project documentation. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Diploma with relevant experience Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and budgeting for civil construction projects. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Expertise in preparing and analyzing BOQs, rate analysis, and material take-offs. Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and any estimation software.
