As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Manager who can independently take charge of our entire social media presence and support our brand’s growth in the real estate and construction space. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for the organization. Create engaging content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Monitor, track, and analyze performance on social media platforms using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and report ROI. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align content with real estate campaigns and lead generation goals. Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and content schedules independently. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Respond to customer queries and engage with followers across platforms. Coordinate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers to generate visuals suited for social promotion. Requirements: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts independently. Mandatory experience in real estate or construction industry is highly preferred. Proficiency in social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and advertising platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, analytics, and social media KPIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a plus). Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to social media planning. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
