Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QS (Quantity Surveying) & Billing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quantity estimation, billing, cost control, and site coordination within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Manage and verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor invoices.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Collaborate with the site team to monitor progress and validate work done for billing purposes.
• Maintain all billing records and prepare periodic MIS reports for project financials.
• Support in tendering, rate analysis, and cost comparison of materials and works.
• Perform regular site visits for measurement verification and quantity take-offs.
• Handle client billing and coordinate with the finance team for timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory policies regarding billing and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in QS and Billing within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and if they know QS software highly preferrable.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory standards.
• Experience working on residential or commercial real estate projects.
• Familiarity with ERP systems related to construction billing and procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
