Job Title: Junior Motion Graphic Designer.(Local Candidates Only) Location: Brigade Signature Towers, Old Madras Rd, Kattamanallur, Virgonagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560049 Experience: 3–4 Years Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada Salary: ₹5,00,000 per annum (Fixed) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector . The ideal candidate should be based in Bangalore , fluent in Kannada , and able to join immediately . This is a junior-level role for someone who has a strong grip on both motion graphics and video editing . You will be responsible for creating engaging video content that supports our marketing, promotional, and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Design and animate motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, and promotional materials Edit and enhance videos using visual effects, transitions, audio syncing, etc. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate concepts into compelling video content Ensure brand consistency across all video content Manage and organize project files and meet tight deadlines Create walkthroughs, explainer videos, and other visual content for real estate projects Edit raw footage into polished outputs ready for publication Translate scripts/storyboards into effective visual communication Key Requirements: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in motion graphic design and video editing Proficient in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related software Experience in the real estate/construction industry is highly desirable Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills Excellent sense of timing, motion, and storytelling Fluent in Kannada – both written and spoken Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Must be currently residing in Bangalore Immediate joiners will be given priority What We Offer: A fixed annual salary of ₹5,00,000 Opportunity to work on high-visibility projects in the real estate sector Creative freedom and a supportive team environment Exposure to branding, digital marketing, and multimedia design How to Apply: Send your resume , portfolio , and expected joining date to [hr@swarnagriha.com or watsapp directly to 9663971343].
