Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can lead, execute, and scale our social media presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands strategy, content, analytics, and paid campaigns, and knows how to build brands that drive real business results.

You will be responsible for end-to-end social media management—from planning and content creation to performance tracking and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars (organic + paid)
  • Create high-quality content including captions, creatives, reels, short videos, and stories
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) including targeting, budgeting, and optimization
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, and marketing teams
  • Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, reviews, and brand reputation
  • Handle influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies
  • Proven experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media tools
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience in managing high-engagement reels and short-form video content
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into performance improvements
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, AI tools, and content formats

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or performance-driven campaigns
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategies
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or WhatsApp marketing
  • Experience using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Canva, or AI tools
